Quick to check, easy to fix

Snapbill reads your documents for you and makes checking quick. It flags the ones it is unsure about, so you know where to look, and the original photo or PDF always stays with its figures.

  • Click any value to correct it; add a missed line or remove a wrong one
  • Amounts that don’t add up are spotted, and the arithmetic is fixed in one click without overwriting what you typed
  • Mark documents reviewed one at a time, or a whole selection at once
  • Possible duplicates are flagged, so the same receipt is not counted twice

Your spending at a glance

The dashboard opens on Quick snap, then shows your figures: spending by month, your project budgets, the tax year so far, and what needs your attention first.

Every project in its own currency

See a project’s total in its own currency, converted at the official daily rate for each document’s date. Prefer the rate on your card statement? Use your own whenever you like.

Questions

How accurate is it?
Snapbill reads your documents for you and makes checking quick. It flags the documents it is unsure about, spots amounts that don’t add up, and every value can be corrected in one click with the original beside it. Think it misread something? Have it read the original again, free.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Snapbill works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen.
Is my data private?
Your documents are yours. Only you, and the people you choose to share a project with, can see them. A split’s read-only link shows its balances and amounts to whoever you send it to, never the files. Deleting your account deletes everything in it. See Security and privacy.
What happens after 10 documents?
New documents wait until the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade; upgrading raises your limit at once. Hand-entered expenses never count, and reading, editing and exporting what you have always works.
Can I share with my accountant?
Yes. On Pro, invite them to a project as a viewer or editor. Joining a shared project is free for them.
